Q: What size is the clothing?
You can find the sizing chart in the description of each clothing item. Our clothing is sized as close to USA standards as possible.

Q: Do you ship to the USA?
Our company is based in Japan, but our production and delivery partners are based in the U.S. This means that your orders will most likely be shipped directly from Detroit after being produced in-house in America. We have chosen to work with U.S. based partners because the bulk of our orders come from America.

Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you live on a US base please provide the physical address of your base and we can ship there.

Q: What is our return policy?
If you received the wrong order (only about 0.6% of all orders that are sent by our delivery partners are incorrect), then please contact us at thehvnters@gmail.com. We will do our best to send you the correct item.

If there is an actual quality issue with the print such as incorrect positioning of the graphic, unacceptably low quality of the print, then please contact us at thehvnters@gmail.com

Q: How do I change the currency?
When you checkout, PayPal handles everything & will let you know the total in your currency.

Q: Why are your products expensive?
Over the past couple of years, shipping and logistics have become increasingly expensive due to the ongoing effects of the recent COVID-19 pandemic and the worldwide economic downturn. Our company's physical location is in Japan but rising costs have currently made it prohibitive to send international packages from within the country. As a result, we have shifted to working with U.S. based production and delivery partners.

Our delivery partners operate on a per-item shipping rate. This means that each ADDITIONAL item increases the shipping cost. In order to simplify the purchasing experience and give you "Free Shipping", we have chosen to absorb the cost of shipping, and so must increase the average cost of each product slightly.

Q: Do I have to pay additional fees?
Due to strict customs inspection, this sometimes happens with international orders. We have no control over these charges and so we cannot tell you what the import fees are, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from location to location. Upon delivery within you country, you may need to pay an import tariff to your shipping company. We are still gathering data on which countries incur import tariffs on orders, so if you would like to help us understand more, please send us an email at thehvnters@gmail.com

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order is placed, it is sent directly to our production facility and is usually sent out within 3 business days. We are partnered with OSM and UPS for deliveries. Our shipping depot is located in Detroit, MI.

Within the US, transit time averages about 3-6 business days within the contiguous United States.

International shipping time ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI and the destination country’s policies related to international shipments in the wake of COVID-19. Due to the rapidly changing international shipping landscape as related to COVID-19, international transit times may be extended. We apologize if there is a delay in your order, but please understand that our orders are typically sent out within 3 business days so any delays are usually due to shipping transit times.

Q: What if my address was incorrect or I have moved & the order is already shipped?
Please contact  the shipping company directly with your tracking number to have the delivery address changed.

Q: I received the wrong item with my order, what should I do?

Q:How should I wash my shirts & hoodies?
Our manufacturer has recommended to:
Wash with the article of clothing flipped inside out.
Water should be 30-35 degrees Celsius or 80-95 Fahrenheit.
Hang to dry in a ventilated cool place.
Try to avoid drying in direct sunlight to avoid fading.
